Bortechnology is the controller of the personal data of the interested party and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and therefore provides the following information on the processing:

Purposes and legitimacy of processing:

For the legitimate interest of the person responsible (GDPR, art. 6.1.f): Access to the tool and enrichment of the user experience in AceroDocs services.

Criteria for data preservation:

They shall be kept for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing and when no longer required for that purpose, they shall be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure either pseudonymisation or total destruction of the data.

Data communication:

The data will not be communicated to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so.

Rights of the Interested Party:

Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data and to limit or oppose its processing.
Right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing is not in accordance with the regulations in force.
